1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to ResearchPro, a service brand under RATHNA Products. By accessing our website, submitting an order form, or communicating with us via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms cover all services offered by ResearchPro including: Article Writing, Full Article Work, Thesis / Dissertation Writing, Editing & Proofreading, Data Analysis, Literature Review, Plagiarism Reduction, Research Collaboration (Authorship), Research Proposal Writing, Journal Submission Support, Conference Paper Writing, Presentation Design, Translation & Localization, Turnitin / iThenticate Reports, Grant / Funding Proposals, Instrumentation Data Interpretation, Research Training & Consultation, and CV / Resume Writing.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all clients regardless of location, academic level, or service type.

2. Nature of Services

ResearchPro provides professional academic writing, research, editing, data analysis, instrumentation interpretation, CV writing, and related support services. Our full service catalogue includes:

• Article Writing — you provide data, we write and format the full article
• Full Article Work — topic only required; we handle all research, writing, submission and publication
• Thesis / Dissertation Writing — complete thesis with all chapters and article work included
• Editing & Proofreading — grammar, style, structure, and citation checking
• Data Analysis — SPSS, R, Python, Excel, NVivo and more
• Literature Review — narrative, systematic, meta-analysis, scoping, annotated bibliography

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

• Orders are placed via our online form and confirmed through WhatsApp or email communication.
• An order is considered confirmed only after written acknowledgement from our team and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• We reserve the right to decline any order that we deem outside our scope, unethical, or in violation of these terms.
• Clients must provide accurate and complete information at the time of ordering. Errors due to incorrect information provided by the client are not our responsibility.
• Any changes to the order after confirmation must be communicated in writing and may affect the price and deadline.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the website are estimates in INR (or converted equivalent currency) and are subject to final confirmation by our team after reviewing your specific requirements.
• The currency converter on our website provides indicative values only. Final invoices are issued in INR unless otherwise agreed.
• A minimum advance payment of 50% of the agreed total is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods communicated during order confirmation.
• Prices may vary based on complexity, urgency, field of study, and specific requirements. Emergency/same-day surcharges apply as displayed.
• All payments are non-transferable and cannot be applied to a different order without prior written agreement.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Our revision policy is as follows:

• Article Writing (data provided by client): 2 free revisions within 14 days of delivery.
• Full Article Work (topic only): Unlimited revisions until accepted for publication.
• Thesis Writing: Unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied and your institution approves.
• Editing & Proofreading: 1 free revision within 7 days of delivery.
• Data Analysis: 1 free revision if the original data or requirements have not changed.
• Instrumentation Data Interpretation: 1 free revision within 14 days if the raw data provided has not changed.
• Plagiarism Reduction: 1 free revision if the similarity target has not been met on first delivery.
• Research Proposal, Conference Paper, Grant Proposal: 2 free revisions within 14 days of delivery.
• CV / Resume Writing: 2 free revisions within 14 days of delivery.
• Presentation Design & Translation: 1 free revision within 7 days of delivery.

6. Deadlines & Delivery

• Deadlines are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and are calculated from the date of advance payment receipt.
• We make every effort to deliver on time. In rare cases of unavoidable delay, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of required materials, delayed responses) will not be counted against our delivery timeline.
• Express and urgent orders are subject to availability. Surcharges apply as listed on the website.
• Delivery is made via email or WhatsApp in the agreed file format (Word, PDF, or other).

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Before work begins: Full refund of advance payment if cancellation is requested within 12 hours of payment.
• After work has begun: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
• After delivery: No refund is issued once the final document has been delivered and the client has confirmed receipt.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.

8. Confidentiality

• All client information, order details, and delivered work are treated with strict confidentiality.
• We will never share, sell, or disclose your personal information or work to any third party without your explicit written consent.
• Our team members are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and are prohibited from sharing client work.
• Client data and completed work are securely retained for 1 year (12 months) from the date of final delivery to support revisions, resubmissions, and ongoing publication assistance. After this period, all data is permanently deleted unless the client requests otherwise.
• For Full Article Work and Thesis orders, the 1-year retention period aligns with the extended publication and revision timelines typical of these services.

9. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all delivered work. ResearchPro retains no rights to the content.
• We do not claim authorship, co-authorship, or any academic credit for work delivered to clients.
• The client is solely responsible for how the delivered work is used, submitted, or published.
• ResearchPro retains ownership of all website content, branding, and proprietary methodologies.

10. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy

ResearchPro operates in the modern AI era and uses AI-assisted tools as part of our professional research and writing workflow. We are fully transparent about this and operate in strict alignment with the evolving AI disclosure policies of major academic publishers and journals.

• AI-assisted writing: We use AI language tools (such as large language models) to assist in drafting, structuring, and refining content. All AI-generated output is reviewed, edited, fact-checked, and validated by our subject-matter experts before delivery.
• Human oversight is mandatory: No content is delivered to a client without expert human review. Our researchers and writers take full responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and quality of all delivered work.
• Journal AI disclosure compliance: We follow the AI authorship and disclosure policies of major publishers including Elsevier, Springer Nature, Wiley, IEEE, Taylor & Francis, and others. AI tools are not listed as authors — authorship is attributed solely to human contributors as per ICMJE and COPE guidelines.
• Client disclosure responsibility: Where a target journal requires authors to declare the use of AI writing tools in the manuscript preparation process, the client is responsible for making that declaration at submission. We will advise clients on the appropriate disclosure language upon request.
• AI detection & similarity: All deliverables are checked with AI-detection tools and plagiarism checkers prior to delivery. We ensure content meets the submission standards of the target journal or institution.
• Data integrity: AI tools are never used to fabricate, falsify, or manipulate research data, results, figures, or citations. All data interpretation is performed by qualified human experts.
• Evolving standards: AI policies in academic publishing are rapidly evolving. We continuously monitor and update our practices to remain compliant with the latest guidelines from publishers, universities, and bodies such as COPE, ICMJE, and WAME.

11. Quality Assurance

• All work undergoes internal quality review before delivery.
• A plagiarism report (Turnitin or equivalent) is included with all article and thesis deliveries.
• We guarantee plagiarism levels below 10% for all standard deliveries, and below 5% upon request.
• AI-assisted writing is used responsibly and transparently, in line with our AI Usage Policy (Section 10) and current journal standards.
• For Full Article Work (publication service), we guarantee journal acceptance. If rejected, we revise and resubmit at no additional cost.

12. Limitation of Liability

ResearchPro's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question. We are not liable for:

• Academic penalties, disciplinary actions, or consequences arising from the client's use of our work.
• Consequences arising from a client's failure to disclose AI tool usage to their institution or journal where required.
• Delays caused by third-party services, journal review processes, or factors beyond our control.
• Loss of data or work due to technical failures on the client's end.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

13. Changes to These Terms

ResearchPro reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.
