1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to ResearchPro, a service brand under RATHNA Products. By accessing our website, submitting an order form, or communicating with us via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all clients regardless of location, academic level, or service type.

2. Nature of Services

ResearchPro provides professional academic writing, research, editing, data analysis, and related support services. All work delivered is intended for the following lawful purposes:

• Reference material and study aid
• Research assistance and consultation
• Template and structural guidance for academic writing
• Professional editing and proofreading of client-authored work
• Data analysis and statistical interpretation support

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

• Orders are placed via our online form and confirmed through WhatsApp or email communication.
• An order is considered confirmed only after written acknowledgement from our team and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• We reserve the right to decline any order that we deem outside our scope, unethical, or in violation of these terms.
• Clients must provide accurate and complete information at the time of ordering. Errors due to incorrect information provided by the client are not our responsibility.
• Any changes to the order after confirmation must be communicated in writing and may affect the price and deadline.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the website are estimates in INR (or converted currency) and are subject to final confirmation by our team after reviewing your requirements.
• A minimum advance payment of 50% of the agreed total is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods communicated during order confirmation.
• Prices may vary based on complexity, urgency, field of study, and specific requirements. Emergency/same-day surcharges apply as displayed.
• All payments are non-transferable and cannot be applied to a different order without prior written agreement.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Our revision policy is as follows:

• Article Writing (data provided by client): 2 free revisions within 14 days of delivery.
• Full Article Work (topic only): Unlimited revisions until accepted for publication.
• Thesis Writing: Unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied and your institution approves.
• Editing & Proofreading: 1 free revision within 7 days of delivery.
• Data Analysis: 1 free revision if the original data or requirements have not changed.

6. Deadlines & Delivery

• Deadlines are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and are calculated from the date of advance payment receipt.
• We make every effort to deliver on time. In rare cases of unavoidable delay, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of required materials, delayed responses) will not be counted against our delivery timeline.
• Express and urgent orders are subject to availability. Surcharges apply as listed on the website.
• Delivery is made via email or WhatsApp in the agreed file format (Word, PDF, or other).

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Before work begins: Full refund of advance payment if cancellation is requested within 12 hours of payment.
• After work has begun: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
• After delivery: No refund is issued once the final document has been delivered and the client has confirmed receipt.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.

8. Confidentiality

• All client information, order details, and delivered work are treated with strict confidentiality.
• We will never share, sell, or disclose your personal information or work to any third party without your explicit written consent.
• Our team members are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and are prohibited from sharing client work.
• Completed work is permanently deleted from our systems after 90 days of delivery, unless the client requests otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all delivered work. ResearchPro retains no rights to the content.
• We do not claim authorship, co-authorship, or any academic credit for work delivered to clients.
• The client is solely responsible for how the delivered work is used, submitted, or published.
• ResearchPro retains ownership of all website content, branding, and proprietary methodologies.

10. Quality Assurance

• All work undergoes internal quality review before delivery.
• A plagiarism report (Turnitin or equivalent) is included with all article and thesis deliveries.
• We guarantee plagiarism levels below 10% for all standard deliveries, and below 5% upon request.
• AI-generated content is not used in our writing process. All work is human-authored by qualified experts.
• For Full Article Work (publication service), we guarantee journal acceptance. If rejected, we revise and resubmit at no additional cost.

11. Limitation of Liability

ResearchPro's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question. We are not liable for:

• Academic penalties, disciplinary actions, or consequences arising from the client's use of our work.
• Delays caused by third-party services, journal review processes, or factors beyond our control.
• Loss of data or work due to technical failures on the client's end.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

12. Changes to These Terms

ResearchPro reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.
